Ok so My cons are having babies left and right. I cant sell or give my males away. I have to remove them from my tank and the only thing I can think of is putting them in my 30 gallon with two of my angels. My angels are on the huge size and I dont think the cons will hurt them, my only concern is with the alpha male beating up on the other male. Does anyone have any suggestions? :help:

Honestly.. In my opinion,... I would seriously concider getting a new tank!...

You could probably put your cons in your 30gal, (not sure though)

But deffinatly, your Angles are going to need more room! ;)

You can find great deals if you search around on Craigslist
Even if you dont have much money to spend on a new tank at the moment.. You can always talk down your price ;)

Put the fry into the Angel tank. ^____^ End of problems!

If your angels are "huge" as you state, and in a 30, they need a new tank. Putting the Cons in there will only set up undesirable conditions for them to get hurt. Even peaceful fish can change when their territory gets to cramped, IMO.

Anything larger than a juvie con with angels is a bad idea, unless you don't like the fins on your angel. The main thing to be concerned with is the water depth in the 30. Angels need a minimum of 16" of water depth for standard fins, 18" for veils. While the volume for two angels is fine, the water depth may not be.

Many breeders keep pairs in a 20 tall, veils in a 29. These are normally bare tanks with no substrate, and these pairs have no problems with this water volume or tank size.

This is the male he's the bigger of the two. I took this with my phone so the photo may not be great. This is just before I cleaned the tank the female is behind him.

Also Getting a new tank is out of the question. My girlfriend said 3 tanks was my enough.
