okay!ill go straight to the questions!:evil_lol:

is it true that co2 is only good when you have high lighting??

yesterday i bought a co2 kit and wonder how many bubbles are supposed to come out???

are those the co2 bubbles that stay on the top of the water???

I agree.
CO2 at any light level will benefit plants. It's just with a high light system, CO2 is pretty much necessary, while low light systems can get by without.
The only way to know if your system is getting enough CO2, is to test KH and pH and use a CO2 chart to find out what your CO2 levels are. 15-30ppm are ideal depending on light levels.

well, today i noticed that my ph changed to 7.2 and last time i checked it, it was at 7.6 or 7.8 i forgot.i have the co2 kit called NATURAL PLANT SYSTEM, it comes in a black box if thats any help.
