ok THANK YOU but i already have that website i've been to it lots.... i know most of the stuff but i want to make sure i have ALL the info thank you!

African dwarf frogs love to eat live black worms. You can buy them at www.blkworms.com You have to order a 1/2 pound quantity so you will have plenty of worms. You need to keep these worms alive by changing their water daily. You use about 1/2 inch of water on top of 1/2 inch of worms. They sell worm containers also, and I find that 3 containers are plenty to take care of a 1/2 pound of worms.
The frogs go crazy for these worms. I feed them from a medicine
dropper to make sure that each frog gets his share. They all head towards the dropper as soon as I stick it in the water. It is quite fun to watch. You can also feed them frozen blood worms. I occasionally feed them these by using a blunt pair of tweezers. That way each frog gets fed. I have noticed that some frogs are not as good a hunter as others so it is important to make sure all of your frogs are getting fed. I have had adf's for years. If there is anything else you want to know about them just email me at beth92604@yahoo.com

www.pipidae.net has some good info as well, I used a turkey baster to feed mine. I would also take a plastic lid and bury it slightly in the substrate out of the filter flow and feed in that so it was easier to remove any uneaten food.
