Hi, I'm new here. I have a 38G tank right now, but all I have are 4 Black Tetras and an African Dwarf Frog. I used to have more fish, but I lost many of them to Ich while I was on a week-long vacation. The day before I left was when the first signs appeared. I left the tank in the care of a friend, showed them how much to feed and also how to give the Ich medication. Unfortunately, without being here I couldn't be sure what was going on with the tank and I returned to what I have now. They have been doing fine and I haven't had to medicate them any more. The remaining fish are active and healthily colored. I would like to add more fish again, but I don't know if the Ich is still in the tank and my fish have just overcome it, or if it is truly gone. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance and I look forward to being a part of the forum.
