I'm posting for a friend. They have a red devil with pimples with white worms off of them. Mainly around the head and gill region. I'm guessing anchorworm. All water parameters are good with the exception of pH. which is at 6.0. I told him to start doing daily water changes to bring the pH up slowly. What are your suggestions for treatment. I've never dealt with parasitic worm. I haven't seen the fish in person, but have seen pictures and the worms look to be well established. I will try to get over there and look in person. She is in a 55 gall. by herself.
