well..it isn't actually paypal that is experiencing the error, the error above down to the website itself or the hosting provider.

i highly doubt paypal would trust in a web hosting company. Likely have their own servers handled by their own technicians.

maybe so...you would be very surprised..on the same note, it does not matter how big a company is, how good their servers are, how secure they make the sites..It can go down at anytime..Its technology, it will break!!!

This i know, it doesn't happen OFTEN which is why i commented on it, it lasted all about 60 secs.

the bigger the company higher chance for attack too.

For the ammount of "up time" companies like this have, 60 seconds down time is a rain drop in the ocean that we call the internet really...

All the money in the world cannot stop technology from failing....simple fact of life i am afraid!!! and a well proven fact when you look all the major companies in the world.......how many times have they gone down, been hacked....??

lol, from what i have read about paypal, they have much bigger problems than the website going down for a minute.

WHERE did i say it wont go down due to money...it comes up fast DUE TO MONEY. They can pay the techs. Nothing is impossible this i know. It would be down alot MORE if it wasn't for the $. $ Keeps it up 99.9% of the time.
Take this site for example if someone really wanted to they could target it and i can guarantee it can fall for long periods of time would take $ to keep it up in one way or another .
