So im just adding the finishing touches before I move in a 2 weeks so I can finally set up my tank again....anyways I bought this light light for like 20 bucks can anyone tell me about it?

Going to need more info, like what kind of lamp, fixture, wattage, etc.

50/50 of 6500k trichromatic daylight phosphor and 420 phosphur

That is a bunch of lingo designed to sound fancy. Usually they like to insert "rare earth" phosphors in there, too. All it refers to is the inner coating of the tube, which is what gives it its color. It is just a normal output fluorescent tube, so it isn't really suited for corals or anything (despite the name). You would really need higher intensity lighting.

can i get any type of corals then? I know I want atleast three anenomes I like the look of them better than most corals can I get these?

Anemones are very light demanding, you'll need very strong lights for them. How big is your tank? 3 anemones is a lot depending on the type you're wanting.

You're going to want T5s with individual reflectors or Metal halides. You'll also want to wait at least 6 months and not mix the types.
