I keep developing an air bubble in my U tube on my overflow box. Does this mean I do not have a large enough pump? I just added a Chiller so my main pump now goes through my chiller then back into the tank. I tried to lower my box in the tank and I thought this worked but now the bubble is back and it is making me very very nervous. Any tips or advice?

I got an aqualifter pump then zip tied the hose to the side of my u tube. Sometimes when you don't have enough flow through the tube it can't pull out the air. I will try and get some pics for you of my setup.

this is drawn without the filter. The intake is the dark blue line the output is the redline.
The pink is the zip ties.
If you have any questions let me know :)

What I did is something similar, I drilled a hole in the highest part of the u-tube and epoxied in a check valve, and attached the airline to that, instead of running it up the tube.
