No individual reflectors and when the price is too good to be true no way I'd trust the lights. Too many stories of different units catching on fire and such.

Thanks a lot for your speedy response again grins... guess I will just go back to the drawing board and wait for a good used set.

Odyssea is basically same company as Jebo.. the infamous Jebo that people will go on and on talking about how bad it is...

I've had Jebo and Odyssea products before. They will generally get the job done. The only problem is that they won't last very long and within few months, you will be researching another product for replacement.

My suggestion - Stay away from it. Invest a bit more and get Coralife or CurrentUSA. They are much more affordable than european brands, yet, quite reliable and does the job.

are the jebos really that bad. I was half way thinking about getting the PC from them off ebay

EDIT: never mind... used the search button and found horrible reviews for them on the forum

I have one of those that has only been used for 2 weeks and is a year old. some people give the good reviews, some bad. Mine came with broken bulbs, that you can only get from maybe the supplier that you ordered it from or from aquatraders.com. Never had any luck getting bulbs for mine. Bought it from aqua traders, tried to order bulbs several times. Every time I went to their site, the ones i needed was out of stock.

Yeah, man.. to be honest, I can't really speak for Jebo light fixtures since I've never had one. I did, however, make crazy mistake, when I first started with the hobby, of buying a Jebo protein skimmer, canister filter, and powerhead. The moment you take them out of the box, you can already tell that it's not going to last you very long.. Everything is made out of cheap plastic that don't completely fit too well. Protein skimmer started leaking bubbles into the tank through a crack after 2 months. The canister filter started leaking after 3 months. And the powerhead just stopped working one day. They do a pretty darn good job of imitating the products that are out there, and they sometimes work flawlessly. The biggest problem is the reliability. They break.

Again, I never used their light, but my advice is, spend little more money and go for a reliable brand.
