well i made a post about putting my 10 gallon FW tank i had and making it a SW at work, well since we are switching hangars and such we have decided to put that idea on hold, so its not gonna be my 10 gallon SW, ok im sure most of you know the story about me getting a pair of mated clowns and my original clown not fighting with them so i had to rip apart my tank and get him out...well what to do with him? so i did the only thing i could think of..i put him in my sump, the biggest section, the return, which is probably about a 2 gallon (or 3) section, where he remained for about a week...so today i put the sand in the new tank, added 2 peices of LR from my 55 and a piece of fake rock just for looks and 50/50 RO water and 55 water and i put the original clown in there....which pretty much means hes gonna be going through a cycle, i had a power head in there but it seemed to push him around (and the sand everywhere) so i turned that off and added an air stone for addition oxygen to help him out during the process.....soo my ? is did i do this right or what should i do with him (he seems to be doing fine?) ne way this isnt an all bad post its also letting everyone know im starting on a second tank which isnt gonna be nething special just another one til i move out of the dorms and it will b my gfs
