awesome unknown upgrade!

so as you may know, i got a new 75 gallon a couple weeks back for my goldfish. (i had three in a 55 and then my boyfriend thought he'd surprize me with two more.. i was touched... and furious)

so i got my 75 gallon and filled it up and it's been running for a couple weeks.
well i went to an LFS out of town this weekend, and i saw a 90 gallon tank set up there. It was my set up!

i came home and measured the goldfish tank, and sure enough, the 75 gallon set up is really a 90 gallon!

no wonder my fishies are so happy! (its a good thing i double dosed with prime when i set up/did water changes!)

how cool is that!?!

Its' amazing what just a couple of inches in height does, eh? How is your filtration now with the extra gallons...?

the set up came with a rena filstar xp3 (i think rated for up to 150 gallons?) so i think i'm okay. I've been testing with each water change and nothing seems to be out of whack. if anything goes wrong i've got some spare HOBs i can use if i need to.
