I just brought home two Dwarf Gouramis. I have noticed that one has a dark red spot with a white spot in the center under his lip. The disease diagnosis options have left me with a blank.
Is this just an injury, or could it be a disease?

Can you sight across it and see if it stands high, like a zit or pustule? Or is it perfectly flat? Or is it slightly sunken?
These artificial hybrid fishmill gouramis are all just riddled with parasites and bacterial infections. I used to love the gouramis. I have five female T. leeri that are clean now. But I don't want to expose them to a fishmill male...

Yes... It stands elevated.
So you suppose it is a parasite? Could this in anyway effect the other fish in my tank?

No, I'm not sure. The white pustule in the center seems to be causing inflammation around it, is that right? Do you know what Ich looks like? I hate to wait for more Ich spots to start showing up before I medicate. ..
Other ideas gang?
