Help plz with my Angelfish!

This morning I woke up and found my angelfish in the plants. It almost looked like he was stuck or just dying there and all that was moving was his pectoral fin. I just got him yesterday, and idk wat to do any suggestions please???

We need water parameters, tank size, filtration, how long has the tank been setup and tank mates to try to help you out

Again, we need more info. in order to help you. How big is the tank? Is the tank cycled, meaning has it gone through the nitrogen cycle that takes 4-8 weeks to complete? What are the other fish in the tank? What are the water paremeters? What is your water change schedule like and normal maintenance?
