upside down catfish any one ever own one i think their cool because their so unique , also how much longer will this bio filter take to finish i feel like my levels will never get to 0 ive had my tank for a week n half or so and will be doing a water change tonight of about a quatrer of the water, my water has been cloudly lately is this part of the bacteria kicking in?

I have 4 UDC. They are cool fish, and do best in a lower light tank without comeptition for the surface. Mine hide all day, and then cruise around after lights out. They are happiest in groups.
There is no way to say exactly how long the bio-filter will take. If there was no seeding, 3-6 weeks is normal. With seeding, it can take as little as 11 days, but it all depends on how much bacteria was introduced, water parameters, etc.
Seldom is cloudy water due to nitrifieers. There are many other bacteria that live in an aquarium, and the cloudiness is likely the result of one of these. It should settle out on it's own, but it's absence should not be taken as a sign of cycling--the test results for ammonia and nitrites hitting 0 are the best.
