Stage of cycle? Results provided.

I am just wondering how far I am through my 75's cycle given the below results. Any recommendations?

Nitrite: 5ppm (max of chart)
Nitrate: 10ppm
Ammonia: 4ppm
PH: 8.2-8.4

P.S. This is a fishless cycle using ammonia dosing and already established media.
