Need advice on madagascar lace.

hi- a while ago i posted this thread on my plant flowering:

after that flower, the plant seemd to go dormant and it lost just about all its leaves (save for a small one at the bulb's base). the plant was like this for almost 3-4 months now.

within the last week, it has again sent up a shoot which looks exactly like the one that flowered in the link i have above. is this normal? the plant has developed anew leaf on the bulb but that is all. it just seems odd for it to send a shoot up without any substantial leaves at all. i have neevr kept this plant before, so maybe this is normal, but any advice would be appreciated.

All Aponos (which the lace is) will go through periods of "hybernation". Just like what your did. Normal.

Just be careful that the bulb does not rot. If, after a certain amount of time the bulb does not sprout again, remove it and put it in a pot of moist soil and place it in a dark place. When it begins to sprout again, replace it back in the tank.
