how often can corys breed

Not sure if they are limited to one spawning per season or not, but most fish can be induced to spawn by water conditions. For example, water changes with cooler water is well known to induce spaning in most cories. I would imagine that this would work most times--obviously, not right after they've spawned, but a few months down the line, it should work again.
Have you checked on planetcatfish? They have some fabulous articles on breeding, and might have your answer from someone using experience, rather than my theoretical conjuring.

She's right on. Right now I have Sterbai and Adolphoi babys. I feed the adults really well with mainly frozen blood worms. Then I do a large water change with significant cooler water. The cories either spawn that or the next day. I rear my cories exclusively on live Tubifex worms.

My bristlenose plecos breed monthly. I'm as curious as the orignal poster here how often say panda cories for example breed.
