Brand new, still in box Odyssea light 24" 130 watt (2x65 watt). One bulb is 12,000k the other is actinic. Also has blue moon lights. 3 power cords and built in fan. Bought a different light, so I no longer need this one. $75 shipped. Thanks.

I haven't opened the box yet, so I am not positive what it looks like. I think it looks something like this.

The 65 watt light is used. Has been used for about 4-6 months.

The other light should look similar to this, but with 2 bulbs and a fan on the end.

I will sell this one with the other for $100 total shipped. I would prefer to sell both, because I really need to sell the new one. They length would work to cover half of your tank, they are 24". Not sure how the legs would work. They would basically just hold the light above, they aren't wide enough to "clip" on a center brace. The legs were meant to sit on the outer edge. I've used wood pieces painted black as legs in the past and they worked fine and looked fine too.

24 inch light is not long enough for a 55 gallon unless you only want a certain side of the tank to have light.

That is why I said "They length would work to cover half of your tank, they are 24". " Both together would cover the entire tank. 48"/2=24" 24"+24"=48"

That is what I use, glass lids. The lights have a plexi-glass covering over the bulbs, but I am paranoid about water getting in them, plus evaporation. I am in Houston, but I don't know where you are. Shipping could be less. I was going to post on E-bay, but I will hold off on that for awhile. I'll hold them, unless someone else on this forum wants to buy them.
