I am downsizing and I have a 40 gallon fish tank with 20 gallon sump and wet/dry, heater, return pump, stand, canopy, lights, background, substrate, decor rocks, and more. If you would go out and buy all this new it would be about $500. I am asking $250 or make an offer.
