I am currently have about 50 pounds of Live Rock, 60 pounds of Live Sand and using the following HOB Filters.
1 Emperor 280, I run it with the stock Filter Media w/Carbon.
1 Emperor 400, has 2 reusable media trays for misc media. I currently run it with carbon off and on. Would it be beneficial to run anything else? Up to this point my water conditions have all remained good.
Also, I have 2 Hydor Koralia 4's coming in, once those are setup and running, is it really necessary to keep the 280? I was hanging on to those filters for extra flow, running extra media when necessary, and for the biowheels until I was able to get another 25 pounds of LR.
This is all for my 75g FOWLR
