Hey guys, so far this is what I have in there:

2 x Blood Parrots
5 x Bolivian Rams
1 x Red Hump Eartheater

Can you suggest a few more things....maybe some interesting catfish? I would also like to keep the tank lightly stocked.

subtract the blood parrots and add a couple of extra female red humps to go along with the male.

I agree with adding a few more Geos...they tend to do better in groups.

If you looking for a cat that won't outgrow the tank...what about a nice Jaguar Cat or something.

What about bichirs...they are always a great addition.

If I can find more Geo's, I will get some, but they only had one (wild caught)

Lol...why is it that everytime I mention my BP's people say to take them out? I've had them for over 2 years and love them dearly. They are very, very peaceful, and have never caused any issues. the BP's are staying.

As for Bichers...I thought they got huge?

Because blood parrots are a manmade abomination. They look out of place in a South American cichlid tank with geos and rams. There's plenty of other neotropical cichlids like severums that would be better and more attractive options.

Wow...abominations? They are so cute!

I agree that they don't really go with the SA look....but meh, I love em anyways.

Sorry if I was harsh, I just don't see what is so cute about a fish being bred deliberately for its deformity.

I would add 1 blue acara and a school of about 5 or 6 corys.
If no corys then a whiptail, banjo or talking catfish
