Is it a good device ? Is it liable ? Do u recommend buying it ?

depends on your needs i would guess.
I MIGHT purchase one, for keeping track of water changes, but not for me, for everyone else.
maybe im not home, and my gf doesnt know its water change day (trust me shes oblivious like that) and im not here to do it. this would remind her, and she could change the water or something.

Hey I might just get one for three reasons.
1. I'm new and not exactly sure when the heck I am supost to change the water, what if I just forget it a few times?
2. I can tell my friends my fish have a "electronic digital command center" I mean come on... that would just be cool :)
3. it would let the company know there is a market for these type of items and they would keep making them which would really upset Echo.
Corse I would hate to set the thing to sound off the alarm after I went to work so it would scare the fish, and make them nervous all day till I came home to do what ever it was.
