Most catfish and "eel" type fish will grow too large for a 10 gallon tank. The guppies and tetras will be fine in there though.

If the eel fish is a khuli loach then it should be fine but likes company also make sure to provide some hiding spots for it like a piece of wood and some rocks. The white catfish is probably an albino cory catfish which will be fine in that size tank, though also likes other cories for friends. Do an internet search and find some pictures of these guys and see if that is what you have. Otherwise it is true that most catfish will easily outgrow a tank that size.

The glowlights and guppies should be fine.
