Is anybody there?
I tried calling in an order for a CO2 regulator, but got the answering machine. I prefer to call in orders rather than rely on e-mails.... ;)

um, I'm here. Do I count? If not, them try this regulator, I use one with a Swagelok ultrafine brass needle valve and it works just fine

Wow! Great price..
Where's the needle valve? I didn't see it....
Or is that a separate order?

Couldn't wait....I ordered an AquaMedic regulator with the needle valve.
This unstable CO2 problem has gotten to me!
Guess it'll be about 4 days to get the regulator..

Thanks for calling, and replying..
I did get what I think is an AquaMedic, but it must have a cheap needle valve on it as I can't get it to give steady output of CO2 bubbles. This is most obvious when the solenoid starts it in the mornings. The AquMedic logos are on the faceplates of the gauges, but they are plastic, not chrome. The regulator itself is chromed.
I have another thread about this going in the 'plant forum'...
What I'll do now is take a few pics and post them as someone on the plant forum says I may be getting "hosed" on this regulator..
A new one is coming in Monday or Tuesday....

Who did you get the aquamedic from. I normally don't stock the aquamedic / AB ones but do sell them. It seems i get more orders for the milwaukee one.

Here's a pic of it... It's from Big Al's.

I thought the 'working pressure' should be around 15psi, not 22 or so psi.

Ah-Ha! marc, thanks for that pic! It looks like that has the same needle valve I have! It's not a cap to remove, but the actual needle valve. Robert H showed me pic of another AquaMedic and it has a cap on the needle valve. I beginning to think the "capped" needle valve is a better needle valve!
Let me try and copy paste so you can easily see the difference here...

I'm not sure the chromed gauges make it a better product, as you can see the one I have now (2 posts above) is plastic (ABS stamped on the back of the 2 gauges).
