I am looking for a reef test kit specially one with a reliable strontium and Iodine tests to do some experiments. What brand do you recommend and where can I buy it online. So far I have been told that strontium and Iodine test kits are unreliable and diffecult to use... What do you have to say about that?

The best hobby-grade test kits I know of are Salifert. I use them exclusively now and they are great.

Marine Depot (http://www.marinedepot.com) and Premium Aquatics (http://www.premiumaquatics.com) both carry Salifert - not sure if they ship to OZ though.

Other high grade brands include Hach and LaMotte, but they are more expensive and I hear they are more complicated to use.

From what I've been told from what I'd consider a reliable source; You are wasting your money trying to use Iodine test kits available to most hobbyist. They are not acurate enough or messure low enough to do you any good.
