You'll get all the help you need. But; what exactly are you needing help with right now? If it is start to finish help; I'd suggest reading a good book 1st; I'll let others suggest a book or 3--its been so long since I've read one. Get your basic understanding, including a lot of info on bacteria cycling; and ask from there. Remember, this is a forum; where we share experience and opinions; there are always going to be conflicting opinions, and they can both be right under different circumstances. you can then use your knowledge, suggestions from here, and common sense as you go. Good luck, and remember the only dumb question is the one you forger to ask!
