would my snails like this or would it be a waste of time?

I saw that people on here use pvc for cave which gave me this idea...If i buried this under gravel would they use it?The 2 shorter ones pointing upward would be even with substrate as other entrances and exitsand the other 3 would be the same just at front of tank..

i have no idea, i would worry more about waste building up inside the tubes that are buried underneath the substrate.
 
i was thinking that to but was thinking of when i fill the tank to purge by putting the fill hose in one end ...but i guess it would bve a pain so i guess i wont use it
