Hey

Hello all, I'm a recovering aquaria adict and step 9 is to talk to others about their addictions... just kidding, I could never give up fish keeping. I currently have three planted aquariums and one brackish water puffer aquarium. I'm always interested in talking to other people about aquariums! As a horticulturalist, I really like planted aquariums, but I have been in the hobby for 18+ years (I really have a slate-bottom, steel rimmed tank!) so I've kept nearly every kind of freshwater inhabitant, and one day I want to set up a reef tank, but my landlord may kick me out if I get another tank... only supposed to have one... but then again, there are many other places for rent. HA HA... I prefer nano/pico tanks and I think they're harder to maintain but cheaper to set up, but have setup and maintained numerous tanks over the years.
