I just bought a new Oceanic 7 gallon Mini-Bow. When I cleaned it up and plugged the light in I noticed a myriad of tiny swivel scratches on the left side of the aquarium and some tiny (1")scratches on the front of the aquarium where it meets the left side panel of the aquarium. I am wondering if this is normal and I should let it be or should I return it for another? I am very surprised that it has scratches since it is a glass aquarium. I have a digital camera I suppose I could take pictures, but I am not sure they would show up, perhaps I will try.

Light scratches won't show up on the film...er... digital photo, because they are so close to the lens (or if you are using telephoto lens, it's the same). I would be more worried about its global aesthetics.

Well I am not sure if I can see them with water in it only because I have not filled it up yet. The Scratches are at the tip top of the aquarium, perhaps I will fill it up tonight and take a look then.

Thanks
