Hi all,
I have my tank setup with african cichlids and just got hold of a whole lot of sandstone from my building site. Now I know how to clean it and have done a vinegar test on several samples and have satisfied my self that the sandstone is safe.
The question is (obviously afetr reading many threads):

- I cant find eggcrate at the hardware is it safe to use the typr of foam you put under the tank?
- Seeing that my fish are in and that my gravel is also, what do you think the best method for me placing the stone. I want to build part of the stone full height in one corner and then teir off along the length of the tank. I just need to get my methodology right so I dont stress out my africans.
