Hi, 50 gallon bowfront tank still cycling, lightly planted but just bought 31 more plants for in there, two T5 lights. Started with Seachem Flourish Excel today and will follow those instructions, what else do I need to do to ensure these grow well, at the moment the plants with red leaves are doing really well but all of the plants roots are growing into substrate and val is sending out shoots, one tall plant at the back looks slightly yellowish at the top but nice green at the bottom. Any help or advice is appreciated (tank params ammonia 0, nitrite .25, nitrate 5)

yellowing of leaves can be a lack of iron...if its a sword its a strong roting plant and needs a root tab to get it going
flourish excel works well with flourish and CO2 injection...the lights should be on 10-12 hours per day
