Algae Magic?

Has anyboby used this organic algae destroyer by Marc Weiss? It supposedly doesn't affect live plants or the fish. It kills off all types of algae by oxygenation. Not sure if I work to use it yet by the guy at the store swore by it, saying he uses it every few years. Thanks...:1zhelp:

if it is a chemical, dont use it. it will cause more harm than good.

Be wary of the term "organic" as it is one of those things that is not regulated by a government organization. Anybody can slap organic on food or to my knowledge anything.

if it doesn't harm live plants, how does it kill algae?

all cynicism aside, it may be more work, but proper ferts and lightning will not only kill your algae, but will make the plants you want in there all the more healthy.
