I have currently been using tap water, I use a conditioner to treat the water but have had 2 guppies die so far. Took the water to get tested and have a high ph level. Was instructed to get ph decreaser and is on the 2nd day and water ph still high. What should I do?

It is usually best not to use these products as they may cause PH swings and just have fish adapt to your water conditions and select fish will prefer these conditions.

You'll have to provide more details about why the guppies died and I don't think it was the high PH.

Jennifer, use the new thread icon near the top of this page and ask your questions....

You will get more responses. Include your tank size and how long the tank has been established. It would also help if you could post your current parameters from a good liquid test kit.
