I'm helping a friend set up two tanks and i got her to register yesterday, but she has still not gotten the activation email. this morning she clicked the "resend activation email" link, but still hasn't received it. if an admin/mod could get up with me and help me figure this out i would really appreciate it

Can you get your friend to check their spam or junk mail folder, as its common for activation emails to be directed to there, rather than the inbox..

ok she did see it and she clicked on the link and it didn't work. she emailed but did not get an email back.

After she clicked on the activation link, does it allow her to login to ac at all?

yeah she can log in now, but she can't read threads or post.
