I see high prices for tanks often on ebay. Especially saltwater tanks. What are these people thinking?

I would also agree that 5 grand is a lot of money, however, once you start to brake that system down into live rock, the fish, the equiptment etc etc, i personaly dont think its that overly priced at all...in english money, around £2500 is not that bad...Yes, i agree with Jojo's point that it has no corals, and that would be the deciding factor, and the only deciding factor for me not to buy that if i had the money...

Maybe its Ohioins, stuff on craigslist here seems all way overpriced too. The $1 per gallon for a whole setup is pretty rare. Huge 20g tanks going for $100 or more with air powered filters or whisper hobs...
