panda telescope goldy

a friend of mine is looking for a black and white (panda) moor/ telescope goldfish.
liveaquaria doesn't have them, tropicalfish.net doesn't have them, and there aren't any on aquabid... any other ideas?

However you may want to let your friend know most Panda's do not keep that color. They usally go white.
