Here are a few pics of my 29g. I posted a while back in the general freshwater about these supposed angel ram hybrids. I believe the general feeling is that these are not a true hybrid but just a type of ram but some people wanted to see some pics. My camera can take really good pics and some really bad ones. The day I took these some came out great some not so. The fish were hard to catch that day as well.. So here they are.

I hope you all like them.

AKA Balloon Rams, a deformity that has been preserved for breeding, they are similar to balloon mollies. The only problem to the deformity are the increased risk of air bladder problems (their bodies are cramped together). They may have shortened lifespans, but that is a guess (I have a feeling though).

EDIT: Not sure if it's the same case as Balloon Mollies, after a few moments of thought they seem less squished. Opinions?

By the way, are those gold balloon rams? They're some pretty, I may consider golds instead of german blues...

There are gold. There color seems to dim and brighten from time to time. Most of the time they have an even deeper orange color to them. They may have a shorter lifespan.. we will see. They dont seem to have any problems swimming as I have heard elsehwhere. I do really enjoy them.

My LFS sells these as round bodied rams. They are the same as a GBR, just round. Personally I prefer the non round. That's just me though. Unfortunately, my LFS seems to be getting the rounds right now, and not the regulars. Grrr....:swear:

I like both. The round ones were all I found but I like them so much anyway..

Anyone have any comments about the rest of my tank? I would really appreciate it!

Nevertheless, the same. Balloon flowerhorn, balloon blue rams, balloon mollies blah blah..
By the way, are those gold balloon rams?
I consider them gold.;)

As i posted in another thread, i saw some AR's {as labled} at our lfs, very color full........:)
