All the orders I have made with Big Al's I was sent a confirmation e-mail. But when I ordered the other day, I never got one. Has that also happened to anyone?

Hey- get this... I received a box from Big Al's yesterday with backordered items in it!!
Never got backordered stuff automatically before- I always had to remember to reorder.

I never got a confirmation with my last Big Al's order either. Every other online company I've dealt with sends an order confirmation & also a notice when the item ships. And I do wish they'd work on that website a bit. Oh well, can't beat their prices.

Big Als is a reputable comapany that wants to keep thier customers happy (for the most part). If you sent a note saying "love your site, but..." I'm sure they would respond.

I've ordered many times from Big Als Online. I place an online order several months ago, but I didn't get a eMail reply. A few days later, I eMailed Big Al's Online to check the staus and they stated they never got that order from me. I reordered immediately, however, the new order showed up with the old one at the same time. I'm sure I got the order confirmation page after I placed the first order.
I never figured out how the first order got "stuck" somewhere on the Information Super Highway.

Oh yea, I got my order a few days after I posted this. I have not been fortunate enough to get something free though, like someone else's order with mine. That would be pretty cool.
Like a SW fish or an Arrowana?
