I need to clean one of my 5g tanks. There was a disease it in before and I want to make sure I get rid of it. How do I do so? and How do I clean the filter?

I would totally drain everything and give it a good scrub with water and vineger.

also bleach.... my fav..... just make sure to treat the tank really well and wash it.

How much bleach should I use? Or vinegar if I use that instead?
