Has anyone ever done this before? Anyone have any idea how much it might cost? A guy I know has a 61" rear projection TV that he wants to get rid of because he is moving. It needs the lenticular replaced, which he said he figures would be around $200. He only wants $150 for the TV. I am strongly considering this if $200 is an appopriate estimate. He said he even watches it the way it is, with a sheet draped over the front. Obviously though it would be something you would want to get fixed. I figure it would be worth it even if I had to put $300 - $400 into. I couldn't go out and buy a normal 61" for anywhere near that cheap.
