I am looking for a safe and effective way to remove Blackout from the back of a secondhand tank, see image below.

The blackout paint is the problem and will not scrape off easily with a blade, I will most likely scratch the glass.

Should I use a paint stripper of some sort or do you have any tips'n'tricks?

Thanks for your help! :headbang2:

Paint stripper would be my suggestion. Polystripper brand is very thick, like jelly, and easy to work with. Do small areas at a time.
