Co2 - how often?

I have a five pound cannister, and if it's between 1-2 bps, how often will it need a refill? (roughly)

I've run mine at 2 bps for 4 months so far, still going.

I run my 5 lb on my 50 gal at 1 bps and have to refill it every 12-14 months. To be sure all the connections are tight, use a solution of soapy water and dab it liberally around each connection. If there are any leaks you will see bubbles forming.

I run mine at less than 1 bps and I'm no where near close to refilling on my 10lb tank. I'm not close to the half empty mark.

I was expecting it to be like once a month or somthing, but 12-14 months is very reasonable :-)
