Hi to everyone I live in central CT I am about a week away of completing my pond project. I am building a 11' x16' 36" deep pond with a waterfall fetcher, I was wondering if I should start stocking my pond with koi fish and water plants when it is complete or wait till spring to do it. any advise is greatly appreciated.
