i have pictures to show u what is looks like right now, but i can't find anywhere to upload them. it has this slimy algae-like thing on it and it seems like it is "gasping".
please help my electric blue. =[

it is in a 30 gallon with a penguin 200 as the filter and it also has 2 undergravel filters running.
