I am planning on redoing my 30 gallon planted. This will include the use of my python knock-off hose to change water in this tank (I originally used bottled water). Now my pH is usually neutral but my tap is around 8.0 and very hard. How will the plants adjust?

BTW I have java fern, hornwort, pennywort, guppy grass, vals, cryps and I think that is all...

Oh and I am also changing my stocking so fish are not going threw this change...so no worries there...

I don't think you'll experience any problems. The java fern and crypts may die back a bit as they adjust to the new conditions but they will quickly come back. A change in pH and GH is not necessarily a negative thing. For example it is commonly known that Vals prefer hard water.
