How many cherry shrimp can I put in my 2.5g tank? The mini tank is filled with lots of java moss and anacharis. Its under a 15w lamp for around 8 hours. It has gravel but no filters or airstone. Just letting the plants do their job.
P.S. How often do I have to feed them?

I personally wouldn't keep any without a filter. Maybe 5 tops, but don't be surprised if water quality crashes enough to take them out. The plants will handle alot more variation than shrimp will.
Feed every other day unless there is plentiful algae. If there is, feed 2x per week.

Personally, I'd introduce 4 of them and then let the shrimp sort it out. If they like the water they'll reproduce to the carrying level of the tank.
