dehumidifier water?

No, i would not, as its going to contain dust particles in quite large ammounts, it will be very low in calcium and will contain spores from the air that has been taken through the system...mainly, its not even fit for human consumption...so, i certainly would not dream of putting fish, coral and invert ( who i deem far more fragile than me ) in a enviroment that contains the above..

My dehumidifier water looks like crap after a day or so, not sure if I would pour that into a tank. Furthermore, Although I do not keep saltwater, I still think it would be really bad for SW fish due to the fact that most dehumidifiers use copper coils to create the condensation.
Last time I checked, copper + saltwater fish = very very bad for fishy.
Its a very good point...another common one is aluminium...and you are always going to get traces of these metals in the water, and without forcing this through another membrane to remove the metal deposits, i foresee it causing issues..
