Hey guys,
I just got some pix of my 90. I don’t have a before picture. I’ll try to find one and attempt to scan it in later. Regardless the pix are below. Look at my profile for what’s in it. Apologies for the blurry pix. I’m still working on it.
Feel free to give your honest opinions.

It looks like a freshly planted tank, meaning it needs some growth to fill it in. Plus, the picture is kind of small to really tell, but it looks from here like you have a nice design that time will be very kind to. Nice start.

Thanks. I have some other pix, but the files are too big. I was trying to link it to my online photo album, but to view it you'll have to become a member of that site.
I'll play around with it more later.
Glad you like it.

Tom,
this tank is new. I redid about 3 months ago. while I was asking for suggestions, someone asked to put up some pix once it's done.
Since there's no co2 or high lighting, the plants don't grow too quick. It's still in the early stages. All the plants got over the shock and they should kick in soon.
I ordered a surface skimmer & spray bar from big als. hopefully that'll help with the growth.
I'm not good with the attaching picks or links. I'll work on it and attempt to add something later.
I appreciate the honesty.

Nice looking tank. What kind of Apisto is that? (the last picture)

I have my girlfriend to thank for the resizing. It’s amazing how easy it is once you have the right software.
I know it’s probably spelled wrong, but the apisto is an Orange caucatoides. I’m trying to find another female since they’re harem spawners. My water conditions aren’t ideal for them, but the female is turning a bit yellow and the male is doing his little shaky shake. So you never know. At least if they do spawn the male has some other female to go to.
I’d like to add 3 discus in here, but I got a reply from another forum that discus in a low-tech tank (infrequent water changes) are no good. But I hear from some local guys around my way that they have had success with keeping discus w/o having to do 25% water changes weekly. More like 25% a month they were telling me. I like the current maintenance I have (20% every 6 weeks).
80gJoe, You’re familiar with discus. What do you think?
