I was just curious, what exactly do you mix your ferts in? And what exactly do you use to dose them? I saw some eyedroppers at a drug store, but I'm not sure how good those are.

Depends on what ferts you're talking about and what form they come in. If you use SeaChem(Flourish products etc.) they are all mixed and only need to be dosed as directed.
If you buy the raw stuff, most of it can be dosed dry, using measuring spoons. I dose K, N, Mg, dry. I use Fleet Enema(a liquid) for dosing P and it comes with a dropper.
I'm not a great believer in PMDD, and don't make up 'stock' solutions, basically because the conditions in my tanks vary from time to time.
I just drop in the desired amount of fertilizer that is needed through the filter. It in turn disperses the dissolved powder to the water column.

Well if I mix up a stock solution, I know the concentration if I use Chuck's calculator. But how do I know how much to add if I dose it dry?

Use the same calculator but modify the total amount of solution to read l ml. I dose my dry fertilizers separately like Djlen but I usually just make up a solution with all of them before I add them. It's just easier for me but not really necessary. My chemicals aren't right near the tank so I just put what I'm dosing in a plastic cup and mix them with some water first...
