how long before i can put the carbon cartridge back in?

i added primafix into my tank about 1 - 2 hours ago, but the bottle never specifies how long before i can put the carbon cartridge back into the filter. how much longer should i wait?
 
until the treatment is finished (ie.. whenever the disease/wounds are cured/healed.)
 
The carbon goes back when the course of treatment is ended as the carbon would remove the meds from the water.
 
so since the instructions say to keep adding every day for 7 days, the carbon will not go back in for 7 days? right?
 
exactly. the carbon will go back in on the 8th day, at the end of the treament, if you choose to end said treatment.
 
when the treatment is done, do a water change then put the carbon back in, clean water can do wonders for a healing fish :D.
